friendly staff delicious breakfast
the location provided easy walking access to multiple museums. the staff were very friendly and helpful with questions. the breakfast had many options.
My room was a little too cold. The air conditioning was set to a maximum of 24 degrees and would stop automatically around 20 degrees.

The hotel's location was AMAZING, near many restaurants and shops. Upon my arrival, the staff kindly accommodated my request for early check-in. I was offered complimentary coffee, tea, and croissants in a lovely lounge. My room on the seventh floor included a skylight and beautiful furnishings.

The staff was very friendly and always ready to assist, responding quickly to requests. One receptionist even went up to the 7th floor to help set up my chromecast on the tv. This level of dedication created a cute atmosphere.

The room had everything i needed for a comfortable stay including complimentary minibar items. There was a steamer available in the tiny wardrobe, allowing me to keep my clothes wrinkle-free. A good breakfast buffet was served each morning.

the location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions. I found the room to be well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh options each morning. i appreciated the attentive service from all the staff members .
i noticed that the soundproofing between rooms could be improved. i sometimes heard noise from neighboring rooms.
